    Thanks for making our stay a really amazing experience. Everything looks great. The location is marvellous and they have parking on-site. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable here with lovely terrace.

    The room was nicely decorated and had a lovely terrace, and having coffee and tea making equipment, along with glassware, was a big bonus.

    We had a separate bedroom. Kitchenette had a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. Our location was great in the middle of the city. The staff was good and responsive to requests.

    We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great pool, kayaking, and boat trips. The location right next to the river made it a peaceful and relaxing place away from the busy city. The staff were all friendly, and the breakfast was great with excellent coffee and juice.

    No negatives from this place.

    Located on the banks of a river estuary, this resort provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests can enjoy various water activities such as kayaking and taking a boat trip. the rooms are tastefully decorated and some offer stunning views of the river. the helpful staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable bedrooms make for an enjoyable stay.

    Transportation to the hotel can be a challenge due to the unpaved road that leads to the property.

    Great service and helpful staff. The pick-up service from the bus station was convenient, and the pool was fantastic. The private villa with a bathtub was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the welcome drinks and cold towel upon arrival at the resort. The dinner by the pool had beautiful decorations.

    Although the hotel has only been open for a few months, there are still some areas that need improvement. The room we booked, the Presidential Suite, was smaller than advertised.

    The resort offers a sustainable experience to its guests with eco-friendly practices such as using reusable water bottles and monthly river cleanups. The breakfast and coffee were satisfying and the resort's access to the nearby river was a highlight. Though located a bit outside of the city, it's worth the extra travel time for a serene experience.

    Some rooms may not be accurately described, such as the Presidential Suite not being as large as advertised. Ants were a problem in the room and the front door did not seal properly, causing discomfort.
